The Golan Heights Winery & the upscale Tel Aviv restaurant 'Rafael' have partnered to celebrate New Year's Eve ( Thursday, 31.12) . Chef Rafi Cohen, of 'Rafael' will be preparing a special menu for the occasion which will include fresh fish and seafood flown in from France along with dishes from the restaurant's winter menu. The wine list for the evening is also quite impressive and will include: Yarden, Syrah, Ortal Vineyard, 2004, Yarden, Melot, Ortal Vineyard, 2004, magnum size bottles of Yarden, Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2000 and 2001 vintages and more.
